Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or any related field from a recognized institution.
At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within Microfinance or related financial services, with a strong background in Asset Finance and Logbook Loans.
Proven ability to drive branch performance and meet portfolio quality targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good knowledge of credit processes, loan portfolio management, and market dynamics in the region.
Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and local communities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Open Role: Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Market and promote Marble Capitals’ logbook loan and asset finance products.
Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
Guide clients through the loan application, documentation, and approval process.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and performance targets.
